Barry Blackwell

Barry Blackwell is a voting member of the Edunn Board of Directors. Blackwell is President, CEO, and member of the board of Akermin, a company developing proprietary stabilized enzyme biocatalytic systems (SEBS™) technology. He the managing partner of Integral Capital LLC, a private equity investment company in St. Louis specializing in middle-market company acquisitions. Additionally he is a founding member of the St. Louis Arch Angel Network.

Blackwell has more than 25 years of experience in acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial banking with two regional banks and an international financial services company. He has a BA in Business from the College of William and Mary, and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
